Interview panel. Invite-only. VP-level experts.

You are not hiring them. That is the point.

A panel interview has no role attached to it. The candidate booked it themselves to find out where they actually stand, and you are the one person in the room with nothing to gain from the answer. That is what makes the read worth paying for.

Camera on

Faces and voices are on. Names, employers, and contact details are not, and both of you are told exactly that at booking.

Your notes reach the candidate. They never reach an employer.

You fill in one scorecard. The candidate reads all of it, word for word, because they are the one who paid for it. An employer can only ever see a rating, a short summary written from your notes, and your level, and even that much moves only if the candidate decides to share it.

Notes

Reasoned from first principles on failure domains rather than reciting a runbook. Pushed back well when I pressed on capacity modelling, and changed position once with a good reason. Led the whiteboard section calmly. Would want them on a team running anything at this scale.

The candidate reads these notes in full.

What an employer sees

Panel feedback

Shared by the candidate

4.6/5

Deep, hands-on infrastructure judgment across scheduling and failure-domain questions, reasoning from first principles rather than recall. Communicated trade-offs clearly and adjusted quickly when pressed.

a VP-level peer

Nothing here appears unless the candidate turns sharing on. If they leave it off, an employer never learns the interview happened.

It fits in the gaps.

You set weekly windows and nothing is ever booked outside them. Nothing is assigned to you either: a session appears, you take it or you leave it, and the ones you leave go to someone else in your field.

Your weekly availability

Times shown in America/New_York

  • Mon9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Wed2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
$250 a session, paid per session
Transferred to your own payout account after each completed interview, with the ledger sitting on your panel page. Nothing is pooled and nothing waits for a quarterly cycle.
About 45 minutes, and then you are done
One session, one candidate, in your own field. Panel here means the community of experts, not a hiring loop: there is no debrief afterwards, because there is nobody to debrief with.
You accept. We never assign
Turning one down costs you nothing and counts against nothing. The schedule is yours and the day job comes first.
Miss one and it costs you the fee
If you do not appear, the candidate is refunded in full and you are paid nothing. An operator fires that by hand with a reason attached, because a no-show is a judgement rather than a job running on a timer.

We choose the panel. That is the product.

Applications are open to anyone. The panel is not. Selection is the only reason a neutral read is worth more than a favour from a friend, so we would rather run short of panelists than ship a rating that means nothing.

  1. Apply

Your field, your level, and what you have actually run. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Vetting

AI vetting is included and comes back as a summary with its gaps flagged. A person reads it and decides. Nothing is auto-approved.

  3. Selected

We invite you in. Reference and skills checks come with membership, and the fee is waived for the first cohort.

  4. Live

Set your windows, take your first session, get paid for it.

Who is on the other side of it

Senior specialists at $150K and up, currently employed, not applying anywhere, and working in your own field. They paid to be in the room, which is most of why they turn up ready for it.

Your expertise, on your own schedule.

Tell us your field and what you have run. A person reads every application.
